Auto Systems Centers, the world’s largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician for our Findlay, OH location. You will lead undercar repairs, diagnose issues, and perform maintenance including brakes, struts, and tire service.

We offer a competitive weekly pay with potential bonuses up to $150K annually based on performance, a 5-day workweek with one weekday off, and benefits including 401(k) with match,

Formación

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience or a relevant education/experience mix.
• A valid driver’s license is required; ASE certification is a bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
