Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel, ignition, suspension, A/C, electrical).
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and mentor technicians to improve customer care and service quality.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid for by company; bonuses for passes.
