Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while guiding a team toward improved customer care and satisfaction. The role emphasizes both technical excellence and leadership within a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities include repairing to specifications, mentoring junior technicians, and staying current with automotive technologies through company-paid training.

Qualifications

• ASE certification in at least three of A1–A8 (L1 allowed) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license at all times.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• Experience with brakes, alignment, suspension and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brakes, exhaust, electrical, A/C, suspension.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
