The Job Category is Retail. The Position Summary involves diagnosing drivability and electrical systems, leading and mentoring a team to improve customer satisfaction. The role offers a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for first-time hires and a pay range of $23.40 - $48.78, based on performance and regional productivity.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, electrical, suspension, air conditioning, and computer systems.
• Explaining technical diagnoses and repairs to customers.
• Staying current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Training and assisting technicians.
• Obtaining or maintaining ASE certifications within the first two years.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license.
• Skilled in brakes, alignment, suspension, general maintenance, and tire repair.
• Relevant certifications/licenses.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electrical systems, engine repair, transmission, heating/AC.
• Five years of automotive repair experience or vocational training.
• ASE certifications in multiple areas.
