Job summary

Erdrich USA Inc. is seeking a Supplier & Launch Quality Program Manager (Automotive) based in Dublin, GA. You will lead APQP across the full lifecycle—from quotation to series production—and drive quality milestones with OEMs and Tier 1s, ensuring robust prevention and control plans.

You will coordinate PPAP submissions, lead PFMEA and 8D problem-solving, and manage supplier development and continuous improvement within a global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Automotive quality planning, launch management, or quality engineering experience.
• OEM/Tier 1 interaction; success with new product launches and serial production.
• Technical toolbox: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, VDA 2/5, control plans, statistics.
• Systems: SAP, Microsoft Office, Babtec (or similar QMS), Qlik Sense.
• Manufacturing fluency in stamping/metal forming and assembly/joining.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork in global settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP across quotation, feasibility, launch, and production.
• Deliver quality milestones aligning with cost, timing and performance goals.
• Own PFMEA, 8D, root cause tools to eradicate issues.
• Plan/capability studies: Cp/Cpk, MSA, SPC, gage validation.
• Define and validate inspection/measurement needs for parts.
