Job summary

Erdrich USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Project Manager (QPM) to lead quality planning and execution for automotive manufacturing projects from quotation through launch and series production.

The QPM will ensure compliance with customer requirements, automotive quality standards, and internal quality systems while driving supplier quality integration and continuous improvement initiatives across global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing quality and launch management.
• Experience with OEM and Tier 1 customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain quality plans, control plans, inspection plans, and measurement system strategies.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions and customer approvals.
• Interface with OEM/Tier 1 quality teams on launches and actions.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve quality.
