Job summary

Erdrich USA in Dublin, GA is seeking a hands-on Quality Laboratory Supervisor to lead our laboratory operations and drive quality improvements in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility.

You will oversee product testing, measurements, and inspections, maintain calibration and SAP documentation, and partner with Production, Engineering, and Materials teams to deliver defect-free parts while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a quality role within manufacturing.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with inspections, measurements, and testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality inspections and testing to verify drawings, specs and control plans.
• Organize and maintain the Quality Laboratory and calibration programs.
• Investigate quality issues, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and SAP documentation for transactions.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams; collaborate cross-functionally.
