Job summary

Erdrich USA Inc. in Dublin, GA is seeking a Supplier & Launch Quality Program Manager (Automotive) to lead APQP across the lifecycle from quotation to series production. You will be the primary quality contact for OEMs/Tier 1s, defining CTQs and implementing prevention/detection controls.

You will drive supplier development, perform risk-based reviews, and coordinate PPAP packages with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time customer approvals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related; equivalent experience considered.
• Automotive quality planning, launch management, or quality engineering experience.
• Experience with OEM/Tier 1 interactions and new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP across quotation, feasibility, launch, and production phases.
• Own quality milestones to meet customer timing, cost, and performance targets.
• Coordinate PPAP packages and obtain customer approvals on time.
