Job summary

Minth Tennessee International LLC in Lewisburg, TN is seeking a Launch Engineer to support engineering changes, cost and timing analyses, and production readiness. You will coordinate with teams to establish feasible solutions, manage PPAP and production documentation, and drive program success from development to launch.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 2+ years of Launch experience in an automotive setting, with specific familiarity in interior/exterior plastics and metal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Launch experience, preferably in Automotive Manufacturing.
• Automotive interior and exterior experience, including plastics/injection/roll forming/stamping/aluminum extrusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering changes and cost/time studies for programs.
• Review drawings/math data, tooling/equipment design, and process changes.
• Plan trials, resolve issues from trial productions, and ensure capacity targets.
• Update production documents (control plans, WI, PFMEA, Flowcharts).
• Assist PPAP process to obtain PSW approval.
