Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASE Certification in the related course or 5+ years of automotive technician experience.
• If no ASE certification, certification must be obtained within one year of hire.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab operations and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Observe student work and provide coaching to ensure proper industry practices.
• Maintain and organize shop hand tools, equipment, and workspace for efficient learning.
• Actively support student success through strong communication, initiative, and teamwork.
