Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at Umpqua Community College and in good academic standing.
• Federal Work-Study eligibility may apply and work terms align with academic calendar.

Responsibilities

• Assist instructors with setting up automotive lab projects and activities.
• Help first-year students during lab projects and skill assessments.
• Move vehicles safely as directed by the instructor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe automotive shop.
• Help prepare tools, equipment, and workstations for daily instruction.
• Promote safe shop practices and assist with maintaining an efficient learning environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
