Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group, including Kia Avondale, is seeking a Sales Inventory Clerk in Avondale. You’ll stock new vehicles and record specifications and costs in our accounting system, while handling payments to acquire used vehicles from various sources.

You’ll also process certifications and dealer transfers, with additional admin tasks as needed. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay ($22/hour), paid training, and benefits such as PTO, 401k, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general office experience.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Proficiency in data entry, cash handling, multi-line phone and 10-key.
• Automotive accounting software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocking in new vehicles and inputting vehicle specs and costs into accounting system.
• Process payments to purchase used vehicles from auctions, wholesalers, and individuals.
• Process certifications for used vehicles and dealer transfers.
• Prepare checks, file and perform other general administrative duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
