Job summary

Kia and CDJRF of Fort Myers is seeking an Accounting Title Clerk to support dealership operations part-time. Responsibilities include preparing finalized deals for scanning, ensuring complete capture of all pages, and keeping an organized work area.

You will handle miscellaneous clerical tasks, answer dealership calls, communicate with your supervisor, and contribute to process improvements. Weekend and night availability is required based on scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Self-motivated and able to effectively schedule and complete tasks to meet deadlines.
• CDK experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 10-15 lbs unassisted.
• Availability weekends/nights, based on scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finalized deals for scanning (remove staples, make copies, organize).
• Scan the whole deal into the system, ensuring all pages are captured and clear.
• Maintain an organized work area.
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks.
• Proactively communicate with your supervisor.
• Proposes solutions and improvements to processes.
• Answer incoming calls for the dealership.
• Other duties, as assigned.
