Job summary

Cavender Ford of OKC is hiring an Automotive Inventory Manager to oversee the accuracy, presentation, and profitability of the dealership’s vehicle inventory. You will manage lifecycle from acquisition to frontline status, coordinating with multiple departments and ensuring proper lot presentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, updating VINs and stock numbers, and supervising the lot porter to ensure timely reconditioning and frontline readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong organizational skills essential.
• Experience with automotive inventory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for all vehicles and inventory locations.
• Track vehicle lifecycle from acquisition to sale and delivery.
• Coordinate intake, VIN decoding and photos for new vehicles.
• Ensure listings are accurate on the lot and online.
