• Track arrivals, departures, transfers, and movement across dealership operations.
• Verify information and correct inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Detailing to keep vehicles accounted for.
• Assist with locating vehicles and maintaining an organized inventory process.
• Monitor status and communicate updates to teams.
• Maintain inventory documents and vehicle records in systems.
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Ensure vehicles are tracked from arrival through preparation and sale availability.
• Take ownership of inventory accuracy and identify process improvements.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records, including VINs, stock numbers, vehicle details, and inventory status.

• Track vehicle arrivals, departures, transfers, and movement throughout dealership operations.

• Verify vehicle information and promptly correct inventory discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Detailing to help keep vehicles accounted for and ready for the next step.

• Assist with locating vehicles and maintaining an organized inventory process.

• Monitor vehicle status and communicate updates to the appropriate team members.

• Maintain accurate inventory documentation, vehicle records, and related information in dealership systems.

• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation.

• Help ensure vehicles are properly tracked from arrival through preparation and availability for sale.

• Take ownership of inventory accuracy and help identify opportunities to improve daily processes.

Compensation & Benefits

$16–$19 Per Hour Based on Experience
