Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Inventory Clerk located at Volkswagen of Sanford. The role focuses on accurately tracking and updating dealer vehicle inventory for two stores, with responsibilities including inventory input, title book assistance, and daily deposit postings.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and attention to detail.

• CDK experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and enter all new and used car inventory for 2 stores.
• Assist with title books as titles are received.
• Post wholesales for 2 stores.
• Post warranty credits once a week.
• Post daily deposits for 2 stores.
• Post intercompany cross sales monthly for 2 stores.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextAutomotive Inventory Clerk. Located at Volkswagen of Sanford, the Automotive Inventory Clerkplays a critical role in the success of our business by accurately tracking and updating dealer vehicle inventory.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CDK experience preferred.
