Job summary

LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic Internet Sales/Business Development Representative to manage customer leads for vehicles and coordinate with our sales and service teams across Michigan. You will convert inquiries into showroom visits, log communications in the CRM, and support appointment setting while delivering outstanding customer service.

We offer hourly pay plus commission, comprehensive training, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Two years customer service experience (No Automotive necessary).

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to web-based inquiries and leads.
• Enter prospect communications and appointment data into CRM.
• Set dealership appointments; achieve lead-to-visit conversions.
• Attend regular sales meetings.
• Generate reports on appointments and sales from leads.
• Maintain tracking boards for internet sales.
