Job summary

LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Business Development Representative/Call Center Representative to manage customer leads for vehicles and drive showroom visits at our Michigan locations. Role includes responding to web inquiries, handling calls, and guiding customers to sales or service teams.

You will be trained in our lead management approach, with an hourly pay plus commission and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of experience in customer service (No Automotive Necessary).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to web-based electronic inquiries (leads) and route to sales/service.
• Work with existing customer database and handle incoming sales calls from prospects and customers.
• Enter all prospect communications, notes, records, and customer appointment data into the CRM.
• Maintain tracking boards showing Internet sales updated daily.
• Prepare reports on appointments scheduled, kept, and sales based on leads.
• Attend regular sales meetings for the dealership and eSales department.
