Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing team. You will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, and help schedule sales and service appointments.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
