Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries
• Help customers find vehicles that meet their needs
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Meet monthly appointment and sales goals
• Follow CRM processes using phone calls, texts, emails, and video messages
• Maintain vehicle information and inventory photos on the dealership website
• Work closely with sales, finance, and service departmentsLearn dealership procedures to assist customers efficiently

Qualifications
