• Previous automotive Internet Manager, BDC, or digital retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming internet and digital sales leads.
• Oversee lead response time, follow-up, and appointment-setting.
• Work leads through the CRM and ensure consistent communication.
• Improve appointment set, show, and sold rates.
• Monitor lead sources, activity, and conversion performance; coach BDC/Internet team as needed.

A leading luxury automotive dealership in the Charlotte, NC area is seeking to hire an Automotive Internet Manager to take ownership of a strong digital lead operation.

This is a high-visibility role with quality internet traffic, strong earning potential, an established luxury brand, and the opportunity to directly impact showroom traffic and sales performance.

You’ll have the tools, inventory, and support to do what strong Internet Managers do best: respond quickly, build relationships, drive appointments, improve conversions, and create a polished customer experience from the very first interaction.
