DeYarman CDJR Ames is seeking an Internet Manager to drive online sales for a high-traffic dealership in Ames, IA. The role offers comprehensive training, a strong base with commission potential, and an opportunity to grow within a family-owned dealership dedicated to stellar customer experiences.

The successful candidate will manage internet inquiries, schedule vehicle showings, and guide customers through the buying process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities - Internet Manager:

• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects via phone, text, email, and in person with the ability to progress customers through a transaction.
• Continued Training of all the Stellantis products
• Work towards setting appointments, presenting products in a knowledgeable and professional way, and getting commitments from customers to close deals on shown appointments.
• Manage own pipeline of customers creating appointments from opportunities.
• Assists customers in selecting a vehicle.
• Checks e-mail frequently and responds to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
• Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
• Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
• Attends sales meetings.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.
