You will lead demonstrations, mentor technicians, and develop lesson plans while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Mercedes-Benz vehicle experience is required.
• Instructional experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate technicians by creating an engaging learning environment.
• Lead hands-on training with practical demonstrations and curriculum delivery.
• Develop classroom-ready curriculum from OEM materials and service manuals.
• Mentor students on projects and promote safety and best practices.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
