LKQ Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator for an on-site role in Tulsa, OK. You will generate revenue by promoting LKQ products, provide service, and maintain relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include order processing, quoting, and follow-up, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year related experience, and preferred bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts is an advantage.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, prices, part quality, delivery times and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders, returns, etc.).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, delivery dates, delays, and other information needed.
• Advise customers on substitutions or modifications of parts when unavailable.
• Process orders including entry, pricing, quantities and shipping data; may dispatch orders.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
