Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales of new and existing company products; provide customer service and answer questions on parts, pricing, and services.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and any additional information needed.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when not available.
• Process orders: entry, pricing review, quantities, and shipping data; may dispatch orders.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
