Qualifications

• Equivalent work experience may be considered for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and provide direction to the Process Technicians with training and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain process standards for all parts manufactured.
• Review production and operating records and resolve technical processing issues.
• Follow action plans for processes out of range and budget planning.
• Manage exploration of new materials and processes to improve quality and reliability.
• Maintain documentation and timelines for projects.
