Job summary

NYX Automotive Interiors seeks an experienced Service Specialist to maintain plastic injection molding equipment used in automotive interiors. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults and implement permanent fixes, ensuring high uptime and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, documenting work orders, and supporting a wide range of related equipment while adhering to 5S and TS16949 quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years hands-on maintenance on plastic injection molding equipment for automotive interiors.
• Mechanically adept with electrical and pneumatic fault diagnosis.
• Experience in an industrial production environment and safety compliance.
• Familiarity with TS16949 and daily maintenance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and production equipment.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance; document PMs and work orders.
• Service a broad equipment mix: robots, thermolators, dryers, conveyors, air compressors.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety rules; report safety concerns diligently.
