Job summary

NYX Inc. in Livonia, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for interior plastic injection molding machinery. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and 5S standards are followed.

Responsibilities include oiling and cleaning per work orders, conducting regular PMs on plant systems, and supporting upgrades and training as needed by management. Strong adherence to TS16949 quality policies is required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of TS16949 and know the Quality Policy.
• Ability to read and follow work orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance as assigned by supervisor.
• Oil, grease and clean all areas as needed through work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair all machinery and equipment as generated by work orders.
• Ensure safety and 5S housekeeping standards are met.
• May be assigned out-sort work, programs, and/or training by management.
• Review PM sets and related work instructions.
