Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Michigan seeks an Automotive Validation Engineer with 2–3 years in infotainment validation to join the long‑term team. You will validate infotainment features across radio, navigation, Bluetooth, and displays, and support vehicle‑level testing with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities include planning, executing, and maintaining test suites, debugging issues, and ensuring adherence to automotive quality standards.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Automotive Validation / Testing.
Hands‑on experience in validating infotainment systems and testing features.
Experience with Bluetooth, USB, CarPlay, Android Auto, Navigation and Audio systems.

Responsibilities

Validate and test Automotive Infotainment Systems (Radio, Navigation, Bluetooth, Connectivity, Audio, Display, HMI).
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases from system requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system‑level testing.
Identify, document, track and verify defects with defect management tools.
Collaborate with development teams and cross‑functional groups to resolve issues.
Validate software releases and support vehicle‑level testing.
Analyze logs, trace files, and test results for root cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and validation processes.
Participate in test planning, status reporting, and quality reviews.
