Job summary

Mobis North America, the MOBIS Technical Center of North America, is seeking a software engineer to develop in-vehicle infotainment applications. You will work on Kotlin and Java Android apps, including Digital Radio features, and collaborate with teams across design, QA, and customers.

Requirements include experience with Android Studio and JIRA, plus strong communication skills and the ability to work on multi-threaded systems in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a relevant technical field is required.
• Experience in automotive infotainment software is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop Kotlin, Java Android applications for an in-vehicle infotainment product.
• Develop new vehicle programs with Digital Radio broadcast features.
• Use JIRA for issue analysis and resolution and participate in design/code reviews.
• Create software requirements and design documents and participate in vehicle quality events.
