Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Read, write, and comprehend in English.
• Basic computer usage knowledge.
• Proficient in spraying with paint guns.
• Knowledge of automotive painting considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate painting system.
• Spray paint truck bodies and components with handheld spray gun.
• Apply paint to achieve consistent dry film thickness.
• Perform quality checks to meet paint standards.
• Change solvents and paint drums as needed.
• Maintain paint booth housekeeping and filters.
• Ensure proper surface preparation prior to painting.
• Load and unload parts to be painted.
• Monitor booth temperature gauges and oven temperatures.
• Maintain daily time records.
