Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to lead a store, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will manage professional customer relationships, oversee inventory, and ensure exceptional service while meeting financial targets.

The role requires 50–55 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, with heavy emphasis on operational excellence and safety. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team in retail.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory and P&L basics.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage professional customer relationships and growth.
• Hire, develop and coach store Team Members; schedule and engage the team.
• Oversee inventory, safety and store opening/closing duties.
