• Grow Professional Customer relationships and sales; lead the team to execute action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule, and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Provide DIY service and support District/Region as needed.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities and safety, with schedule adherence.
