Job summary

Team Car Care in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a General Service Technician. This entry-level role focuses on servicing guests’ vehicles with quality workmanship and guest satisfaction. You will receive comprehensive training to certify and grow within the program.

The position offers an hourly wage in the range of $15.00–$15.24 and a full benefits package, including 401K, bonuses, Paid Time Off after 180 days, and uniforms provided. Strong teamwork and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles professionally to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Receive training and certification in all offered services.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center at all times.
• Inspect vehicles, document work performed, and report safety issues.
• Assist junior technicians and provide guidance as needed.
• Perform oil changes, install drain plugs, and replace oil filters.
