Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a General Service Technician to kickstart your automotive career. You’ll perform basic maintenance, tire mounting, oil changes, and multi-point inspections while keeping the shop safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of basic automotive systems (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays (with Sundays off!).

Responsibilities

• Tire mounting, dismounting, balancing & rotation.
• Oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance.
• Multi-point inspections & documenting vehicle conditions.
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Drive vehicles safely as required.
• Pick up Parts and supplies.
• Transport customers as needed.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports concerns to supervisor.
• Support team with other tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies and Employee Handbook.
