Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a General Service Technician to join a team that values growth and internal promotion. You’ll learn under seasoned technicians and gain hands-on experience across automotive services.

Starting pay ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, with Sundays off and bi-weekly pay. The role offers training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Some knowledge of basic automotive systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays (with Sundays off).

Responsibilities

• Perform tire mounting, dismounting, balancing and rotation.
• Oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and document vehicle conditions.
• Keep the shop clean, organized and safe.
• Drive vehicles safely and follow traffic laws; transport customers as needed.
• Pick up parts and supplies; assist teammates with tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns to supervisor.
• Adhere to Sun Auto’s policies and handbook.
