Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring full-time General Service Technicians for our Cincinnati, OH service centers. You’ll perform essential tire and maintenance tasks alongside experienced technicians.

We offer paid training, competitive weekly pay with incentive compensation and a $800 new-hire bonus. No prior automotive experience required—growth opportunities abound within the nation’s largest automotive service network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service
• Previous automotive experience is a plus; paid training provided

Responsabilités

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
