Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring full-time General Service Technicians to support our Cincinnati, OH service centers. No prior automotive experience is required, as paid training is provided and opportunities for growth are available within the Mavis network.

You will perform essential tire services, oil changes, and routine maintenance while learning from experienced automotive professionals. Safe work habits and teamwork are emphasized across the center.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
