Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians in the Johns Creek, GA area. This full-time role offers paid training, competitive weekly pay and weekly incentive compensation, plus a $800 new hire bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs and oil/ filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Carrying out basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures and ensuring quality service.
