Pep Boys (now part of Mavis Tire) is hiring full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Marietta, GA service centers. We offer competitive weekly pay, weekly incentive compensation, and paid training to help you grow.

As a General Service Technician, you will perform tire services and basic maintenance, with opportunities for career advancement across the network. Paid training is provided and safety and quality service are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
