Job summary

Pep Boys, now part of Mavis Tire, is hiring full-time General Service Technicians for Peachtree City, GA. You’ll perform essential tire and maintenance services and gain hands-on skills in a supportive, training-driven environment.

We offer paid on-the-job training, competitive weekly pay plus weekly incentive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid vacation and holidays. Previous automotive experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
