Job summary

Mavis Tire in the Cincinnati, OH area is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis. This position offers paid training, competitive weekly pay, and weekly incentive compensation in a large, established automotive service network.

You will service tires and perform basic maintenance, including mounting/dismounting tires, oil changes, fluid checks, and inspections, while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Committed to safety, teamwork and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
