Job summary

Monro in Southbridge, MA is hiring a General Service Technician for full-time or part-time hourly work. You will perform basic vehicle services and repairs to Monro standards, communicate findings to guests, and help ensure timely, quality maintenance.

The role includes tire and vehicle services, inspections, inventory help, and adherence to safety policies. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and automotive training or experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle services and repairs per Monro standards.
• Tire services including balancing and TPMS work.
• Lubrications, oil changes, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection on every guest vehicle.
• Assist inventory management and stocking of tires and parts.
• Maintain clean, guest-ready store and work area.
• Follow safety standards and Road Test policy.
• Test drive vehicles per policy and road rules.
• Adhere to environmental and OSHA standards and procedures.
• Complete required Monro University training modules.
