Job summary

Monro is hiring a General Service Technician in Williamsport, PA. This role is hourly, available as full-time or part-time, with responsibilities covering basic vehicle repair, tire services, and maintenance per Monro standards.

Expect to perform inspections, manage inventory, and uphold safety protocols while delivering quality guest service. The position emphasizes customer communication and adherence to manufacturer specifications, with opportunities for ASE-related growth and career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs in Monro standards.
• Perform tire services including TPMS and mounting.
• Conduct lubrications, oil changes, and basic maintenance.
• Complete Monro’s courtesy inspection on every vehicle and communicate needed services.
• Assist with inventory, store duties, and safety/compliance procedures.
