Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring General Service Technicians for our Cartersville, GA centers. This full-time role offers paid training, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide automotive service organization.

You'll perform essential tire and maintenance services, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Paid on-the-job training and benefits are included.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
