Job Description
The Lube and Tire Technician, or General Service Tech, is an entry-level position ideal for starting your career at Monro. You will participate in comprehensive training covering all aspects of the role, performing maintenance services on guest vehicles, and working as part of a team to deliver excellent guest experiences. Your responsibilities include tire changes, repairs, oil changes, basic automotive maintenance, and eventually, more advanced services like alignments and brake work, which we will train you on.

Compensation: The hourly rate ranges from $16 to $17, depending on experience, with additional incentives possible.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED
• Automotive experience
• Own basic tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work overhead

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive Technician or Lube and Tire experience
