Job Description
This entry-level role involves comprehensive training in automotive maintenance, focusing on tire services, oil changes, and basic repairs. You will work as part of a team to deliver excellent guest experiences, ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

1. Changing, mounting, and installing tires
2. Wheel removal, tire repair and balancing, patching and plugging
3. Lubrication and oil changes
4. Inspecting and rotating tires
5. Basic automotive work such as battery installation
6. Training in alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance

Compensation: The hourly range is $15 - $17, based on experience, plus incentives and additional compensation opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED
• Automotive experience
• Own basic mechanic tools or participate in a tool purchase program
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
• Ability to work overhead, stand long hours, lift 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or Lube and Tire technician
