Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Automotive General Service Technician at our Downingtown, PA shop, where you will perform basic maintenance and HVAC-like? Not needed; you will handle tire mounting, oil changes, fluid flushes, and general repairs as part of a fast-paced team.

We offer paid training, opportunities to earn ASE certifications, and clear paths to advance into higher-level technician roles. Schedule is full-time with Sundays off and other day off based on business needs; starting pay

Qualifications

• Prior automotive maintenance or repair experience strongly preferred.
• Valid drivers license strongly preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background, drug, fitness for duty).

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires.
• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, fluid flush and replacement, belt and hose replacement, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs.
• Conduct visual vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Maintain and clean shop equipment, including emptying and servicing portable fluid drains in accordance with shop guidelines.
• Continuously build automotive knowledge and technical skills to support future career growth.
• Other duties as assigned.

AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring a General Service Technician to join our team! If you have hands-on experience with basic automotive maintenance and want to grow your career in a fast-paced shop, we want to hear from you. At AAA, we provide the training and support to help you build your skills and advance into higher-level technician roles.

What We Offer

The starting base compensation for this position is $17.18 - $24.17/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week - Sundays off every week, plus one other day off based on business needs.

Training & Growth: Paid training, Paid ASE Certifications & opportunities to advance into higher-level technician roles.
