AAA Club Alliance in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician. You will perform essential maintenance such as tire installations, oil changes, and fluid services, while keeping vehicles safe on the road.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires.
• Oil changes, fluid flushes/replacements, belt and hose replacement, battery testing/replacement, and general repairs.
• Conduct visual vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Maintain and clean shop equipment and work areas.
• Continue building automotive knowledge and skills for career growth.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $16.37 - $23.02/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off. Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.
• Training & Growth: Paid training, Paid ASE Certifications & opportunities to advance into higher-level technician roles.

Your Impact as an Automotive General Service Technician:

• Mount, balance, and install tires.
• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, fluid flush and replacement, belt and hose replacement, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs.
• Conduct visual vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Maintain and clean shop equipment, including emptying and servicing portable fluid drains in accordance with shop guidelines.
• Continuously build automotive knowledge and technical skills to support future career growth.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems; familiarity with PC-based diagnostic tools a plus.
• Prior automotive maintenance or repair experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
