Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians in the Mansfield, OH area as part of the Pep Boys/Mavis Tire family. This full-time role offers paid on-the-job training, competitive weekly pay, and a path for career growth within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
